Modern day life can feel challenging at times.
It’s a delicate balance of trying to strive for a happy home and work life, nurture meaningful friendships, romantic relationships and family dynamics along the way, whilst also trying to leave some space and time to take care of your own health and well-being.
There are moments where you may be attempting to navigate changes like pregnancy or menopause when hormones can go haywire, periods of ill health, learning to be a good parent if that’s a route you have chosen, perhaps having to care for a loved one or learning to swim in a sea of grief following loss.
Then we have the news. Mainstream media curation and candid streaming on socials. There is no escape.
