Local pub The Mitre has been getting a lot of love lately, not to be confused with The Hampton Court establishment of the same name, the Richmond variant has a popular pizza kitchen and live music on Sundays.
L was raving about her fave highlighter from Make-Up Artist Katie Jane Hughes. The Hyper Shine High Lite Kit comes in 4 shades and consists of lite pigment, shine serum and a brush so that you can custom blend your desired luminosity and texture for a pretty, post facial glow.

Cosy season is upon us and if you're anything like me, you’ll be reaching straight for the candles. I tend to burn taper candles more these days, in old fashioned, brass candle holders dotted around the flat, I love the nostalgia of these. The Collecterie on Teddington High Street have a vast selection of hand coloured taper candles by Ester & Erik as well as a bountiful selection of luxury matches in beautifully designed boxes and glass vessels, just perfect for gifting.
As yet another retailer leaves Richmond (Farewell Zara Home) a new arrival in the shape of March boutique has arrived (opposite Coffeeology) Stocking a range of brands including Anine Bing, Rixo, Souer and Varley to name a few.
There’s a new neighbourhood opening The Waterman’s Arms in Barnes that looks super nice, over looking the Thames and focusing on seasonal dishes, perfect for a Sunday roast and river walk!
Late to the party but I finally popped into Debraggio Italian Kitchen off Richmond Green for the first time and wow, it was delicious! Got little change out of £25 so it wouldn’t be a daily lunch spot of choice eek! However, the quality of the ingredients was obvious, so as a treat I was happy to indulge. Mushroom, spinach and cumin lasagne, meatballs and garlic prawns (oh the prawns!!) were all sensational. Def recommend if you’re popping in to Richmond and fancy pulling up a chair for a plate of pasta or choosing something lovely to take home with you.
