As a child I LOVED to read but as I got older, it started to take a back seat, mostly reserved for long journeys or the rarity of a Summer holiday (anyone that knows me, knows I’m not the biggest fan of sun holidays - I just can’t take the heat!)
In everyday life I tell myself I don’t have enough hours in the day to read but my screen time report from socials would certainly beg to differ!

I decided to purchase a Kindle. I had never liked the idea of an EReader but was surprised by how neat and light hers was, how the screen didn’t glare at all in the way that a phone does, not to mention putting an end to book storage woes in our cramped London flat.It has positively changed my reading habits and I have already finished twice the number of books (half way through the year) as I did during the entirety of 2023.
